Qualified non-profit organizations get the Base Plan free and 50% off all other plans. Choose Non-profit during signup and enter your EIN — the discount applies directly at checkout, and we verify your documentation during your trial.
Every management plan — Base, Medium, Large and Pro — starts with a 30-day free trial, and you are not charged until it ends. We collect a card up front so the subscription can continue without interruption; you can cancel any time before the trial ends and nothing is taken. Two exceptions: a non-profit on the free Base plan is not asked for a card at all, and the standalone Venue Listing subscription bills from the start rather than running a trial.
Two things come out of the payout: the card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30, and our platform fee. On ticket sales that fee is 1–3% by the size of the event. On room hire, deposits and invoices it is 1–3% by the size of the booking — 1% under $1,000, 2% up to $10,000, 3% above. They are deducted together from the transfer to your Stripe account, so what lands is what you keep. Two things we take nothing on at all: donations, where we also absorb the card processing so a gift arrives whole, and the buyer-chosen portion of pay-what-you-can pricing. On tickets you can also switch on a checkout option that asks the buyer to cover the fees instead of you.
Yes — email us and we will move you the same day, prorated to the day of the change. Self-serve plan switching is on the roadmap; while we are in early access we would rather do it by hand and get it right.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), billed monthly through Stripe. Annual billing and ACH bank transfer are not available yet — ask us if you need them and we will tell you where they sit on the roadmap.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
